How We Use Your Information
Lead data: Used solely to deliver your enquiry to the facility you selected. We do not contact you after your enquiry is delivered.
Account data: Used to authenticate your account and provide customer support.
Facility listing data: Published on the Platform to help users find relevant facilities. Owners can update or remove their information at any time.
Security logs: Used to detect and prevent fraud and abuse. Not shared externally.
Data Retention
Lead data: Automatically deleted 30 days after submission.
Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Request deletion at any time by emailing cricketnearbyweb@gmail.com.
Facility listing data: Retained for as long as the listing is active on the Platform.
Security logs: Retained for 90 days, then deleted.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Facilities: When you submit an enquiry, your name, phone number, and city are shared with that specific facility only.
Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data only as necessary to deliver our service.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by a court order or applicable Indian law.
Your Rights

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and rate limiting on all public forms.
