By accessing or using CricketNearby (“the Platform”) at cricketnearby.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and academy owners. “User” refers to any person accessing the Platform. “Academy Owner” refers to any business or individual who has submitted a listing.

CricketNearby provides a directory of cricket academies, turfs, and grounds in India. The Platform is intended to help users discover and contact facilities, and to help facilities reach new students.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or rate limiting
• Use automated tools to submit enquiry forms or listings
• Impersonate another person or organisation

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that appear to have been created fraudulently.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@cricketnearby.com. Account deletion is subject to our data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• All information submitted is accurate, current, and not misleading
• You are authorised to represent the facility being listed
• The facility is a legitimate, operating cricket coaching, turf, or ground facility
• You will update your listing if any information changes
• You will respond to enquiries received through the Platform promptly and professionally

Academy owners agree to our Anti-Spam Promise. You must not contact users who have not enquired about your specific listing, and you must not use contact details received through the Platform for purposes other than responding to that specific enquiry.

Violations of these responsibilities may result in immediate removal of your listing without notice.

The following content is strictly prohibited on CricketNearby:

• Listings for facilities that do not exist or are not currently operating
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
• Contact information for facilities that the submitter does not represent
• Any content that violates applicable Indian law

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings before publishing, CricketNearby does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any listing information. Academy details (fees, timings, availability) may change without notice.

Users are advised to confirm details directly with the academy before visiting or committing to a programme. We are not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate listing information.

All content on CricketNearby — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by CricketNearby or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting listing content (descriptions, photos, etc.), you grant CricketNearby a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

CricketNearby is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, CricketNearby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in listing information
• The quality or conduct of any listed academy
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Any loss of data or interruption of service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
